Novel Product Development at Carriganore 

Food-NPD Teo. is a new company set up in the Research and Innovation Centre on the Carriganore Campus of the Waterford Institute of Technology.  

Food-NPD.com is a consumer led, science driven, new product development resource, dedicated to innovating, great tasting, healthy foods, suitable for today’s lifestyles. 

Donal Lehane MD of the new company said he was delighted to get the opportunity to base this new enterprise in the Innovation Centre in Waterford and is very thankful to Enterprise Ireland for awarding the company with CORD funding.  Much of the development work will be carried out in cooperation with Teagasc scientists in Moorepark and Ashtown.
